Scope 3 emissions come from activities that the merchant doesn’t own or control but still influences through their supply chain. For example, Scope 3 emissions are created by the gasoline used in the vehicles used to deliver their goods to shoppers during the final mile. Through GoBolt’s use of electric vehicles and carbon sequetration program, we help brands drastically reduce their Scope 3 emissions. Please contact the merchant that you originally purchased from as they must give us direct approval to schedule your order’s return. Once approved, we will then handle the returns process.
